Therapy That Actually Helps

From People Who’ve Been There.

We offer virtual therapy for couples and individuals who are ready to get honest, go deeper, and finally feel some relief. No band-aids. No fluff. Just care that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward.

We Meet You Where You Are - Then Help You Move Forward

We’ve heard it before, we’ve had it before:

“Therapy is just paying someone to listen to me vent.”

“It’s too expensive for something I could just talk to my friends about.”

“Nothing ever changes, so what’s the point?”

We get it. Bad therapy is expensive. Good therapy changes lives.

We started The Wellness Collective because we’ve sat in the therapy chair ourselves. We’ve poured our hearts out and walked away feeling like… nothing changed. That’s not the kind of therapy we offer.

Here, you’ll find a space that’s honest, warm, and actually helpful.

How We’re Different:

You Get Space to Feel—And the Support to Move Forward.

We don’t believe in quick fixes. Healing takes time, and we honor that. But we also know that endless talking without action keeps you stuck. That’s why therapy here is different.

If you need to vent, process, or grieve, we hold that space fully. No rushing, no pushing, no “just get over it” energy.

When you’re ready, we help you shift. You won’t be left spinning in the same thoughts and patterns without a path forward.

We balance deep emotional work with real, tangible strategies—so you leave feeling both seen and empowered to create change.

We Help You Understand What’s Really Going On.

Most struggles—whether in relationships, sex, or personal growth—come from patterns that run deeper than just surface-level behaviors.

For Individuals: We help you identify the root of what’s keeping you stuck—so you don’t just cope, you heal.

For Couples: We help you move past the same exhausting fights and finally feel understood.

For Sex Therapy: We help you navigate intimacy struggles with curiosity, compassion, and real solutions.

This Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All Therapy.

We use evidence-based, results-driven methods (like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman approaches, attachment-based work, CBT, and somatic work) to get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. No two clients are the same, and neither is our approach.

We meet you where you are. Whether you need time to process or you’re ready to take action, we adjust to your pace.

We don’t let you stay stuck. Reflection is important, but so is learning how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

We make care a part of our value system. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about real, lasting change.

Meet Our Therapists

  • Ellen Benezra

    Ellen Benezra - MACP, LMHCA

    Co-Founder, Couples Therapist, Sex Therapist

I offer therapy that’s honest, grounded, and actually helps you create lasting change. No band-aids for your symptoms. Only the kind of work that actually helps you heal. I help individuals and couples break toxic cycles, repair trust, and feel more connected—emotionally, mentally, and sexually. My approach is warm, honest, and rooted in what actually works. We’ll face the hard stuff together—and when it helps, we’ll laugh too. Healing doesn’t have to be heavy every second.

  • Annie Riley - LMHC

    Co-Founder, Couples Therapist, Individual Therapist

I believe that positive change happens when we feel safe, seen, and valued for who we truly are. My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in Attachment Theory, neuroscience, and Psychodynamic Theory. I see each of my clients as unique individuals and do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. I am always seeking to understand the “whole person” and how culture, family, relationships, values, and experiences shape who we are and how we show up in the world.

  • Simone Bullinger

    Simone Bullinger - MACP, LMHCA

    Individual Therapist, Youth Therapist

I am committed to providing connection, empathy, and realness. There is no rule dictating that therapeutic spaces must feel clinical. I am passionate about normalizing help-seeking and healing. As such, we will work collaboratively to identify how your cognitions and social systems impact your feelings and behaviors while moving toward the cultivation of each of these systems into a fluid ecosystem that leads to whole-person healing.
